Concept 2 – Best rowing Machine workouts
The Summer is over and with some many daily tasks, we were not able to enjoy much more the sun or the seawater or a mountain hike wearing only a t-shirt, searching for forest fruits while climbing the mountains.
During the Summer, we were lucky to go out for a bike run of 5-15 km, listening on headsets our preferred podcasts, or jogging, buying some free D3 vitamin from the ”sunny sun”, or working out outside using our TRX or dumb-bells or other fitness equipment, completing our daily workout, BUT what should we do from now as the weather will be against us, not to mention our very tide daily schedule which makes impossible a call to the gym….
WHAT IS THE BEST SOLUTION FOR AN INDOOR WORKOUT EQUIPMENT?
Well, there’s gonna be another summer next year, and maybe we will be more careful with our free time. The question is, what about our daily workout as the Autumn will bring rains, cold weather, not to mention the forthcoming Winter snow?? Picking up the kids, shopping, hmm, we do not seems to have many solutions, is like mission impossible? What can we do? Which solution can we find to avoid gaining weight, keeping our body in good shape? We need a high-quality equipment, a power tower exercise equipment, maybe an exercise bike(stationary bike) to train our leg muscles, abdominal muscles and arms muscles and a training space where we could install a wide range of strength fitness equipment. Trouble is, we do not have sufficient space to build up an indoor gym, not to mention that we need various equipment which cost an arm and a leg. Thinking maybe a pre-owned equipment will be the solution but there has to be an affordable cardio fitness machine and separate various other equipment to train biceps muscles, chest muscles, legs ,abs – lots of money and lots of space! Better to relax during the cold weather and spend some time doing nothing? I am sure you remember those rainy, cold days or that snowing period when it was so nice to stay on the couch watching TV and enjoying some nice deserts?
It was perfect, but then when I checked my weight, I became so anxious and upset as driven by laziness, I was gaining weight! So I am not gonna do that again! I have to find a way to sort this out. I can maybe use the dumb-bells in the living-room or do some workout in the garage, but that will allow me to use only some of my muscles, only some parts of my body, so what is the solution? The solution is to find a way to train the entire body, something very efficient on which I do not have to spend so much time but maybe only 15-30 minutes of complete workout??? I cannot change my living room or my garage into a completely equipped gym, BUT I can use a ROWER, yes, you heard me well, a ROWER !! It is a bit more expensive than the standard gym equipment but is highly efficient. It is training all body muscles, especially the leg’s muscles ( big fat burners ), arms, shoulders, back muscles, glutes, abs, everything. This kind of equipment covers most of the gym types of equipment. Not to mention that it is foldable, and you can place it somewhere in a corner. If you believe a rower is also the best choice for you, then when choosing rower, please do not chose one from a ”the last night born brand ”. Choose professional equipment from a reputable company that gives you a solid guarantee. Make some savings but buy something good. I am using this type of rower since some time, and I promise you that this equipment kept me in a very good shape and it saved a lot of my time. I am just unfolding and doing about 30 minutes of workouts during the cold weather, so I am done for the day.
