WHAT IS HAPPINESS?
Happiness is a joyful state of mind generated by good feelings, pleasure, freedom, victory, a good mixture of all of the above. But, in the end, it is only a state of mind. And if it is a state of mind, that means we can set our minds to the task of being happy. In other words, the decision to be happy is in entirely our hands. The question is how do we do it. If it was easy, the whole planet would be buzzing with happiness.
IS THERE ANY RECIPE FOR HAPPINESS?
If you ask me what it is I will start by saying that true happiness will live or last in a balanced, strong body and mind. A person able to manage various situations in life needs to be an unbeatable fighter. So if you want to bring sunshine into your life, you have to become that unbeatable fighter, the person able to tackle life’s daily problems. Imagine you are a trained fighter and you are attacked by enemies. Because you are trained, you are able to fight back, you are in control, and you are unbeatable. Life’s problems might hurt you but cannot beat you. This is whom you need to become, and then all the daily fights will bring victories and a smile to your face because the happiness will find a good place to stay. You will understand better the values of life and when you are not fighting against the problems of your life, you will enjoy the precious time you will spend with your family and people who make you happy.
If you are ready to start this journey, ready to become an unbeatable fighter, let’s try to make some changes in your daily life and let’s start the real training. Remember, nothing can be achieved overnight. We need goodwill, self-control, and that big desire of improving the quality of your life. There will also be additional gifts coming into your life, such as family love, a child’s smile, funny moments that will strengthen you during the training period, feelings that will not be dependent on your state of mind. But know that these moments will not last forever. God will give you these gifts while at the same time drive you along your destiny’s path.
Don’t expect overnight miracles. If you are not happy with your life or only partially happy with your life, you cannot expect to change that in one day. Let me tell you a SECRET: if you are reading this, you already started to change your life, you already improved something, yes, you did something amazing in your life, congratulations and let’s start this amazing journey together!
